Fennel Salad

plant-based nutritional shake – Looking for a simple recipe that only takes a few minutes to prep?

Shopping List:

  • 2 Fennel bulbs (anise)
  • 1/2 small red onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon

Mixing Your Goods:

Slice fennel & onion very thin, with a mandolin if you have one available, if not as thin as your kitchen knife will get them will work! Drizzle with olive oil and juice from your lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste & enjoy!
