Amino Acids
With maturity comes a variety of changes in our bodies. One such change can be found in the levels of hormones our bodies produce. Research has shown that while the older pituitary adequately produces the hormones we need to stay healthy, it secretes less with age. Certain amino acids and herbs such as L-Arginine, L-Lysine, L-Glutamine, L-Ornithine, Alpha GPC and Glycine have been shown to support healthy pituitary function.
