Kindra McGrane Hall
Vice President of Sales
Kindra completed her Masters in Communication Studies in May of 2005 and has been a key member of the Orenda team since March of 2006. Kindra is a nationally recognized professional speaker, motivator and storyteller with 17 years of public speaking experience; working with audiences of up to 15,000. With her positive attitude and passion for personal development and the science of success, Kindra brings a unique energy and focus to the dynamics of the internal team and the growth of our Marketing Partners.She is responsible for coaching, sales tools development and event coordination. Wm Doug Sandstedt
Vice President of Operations
Doug joined Orenda in time to help ring in its one year anniversary in March 2003. Doug brings Orenda and its distributors over 15 years experience in sales, client management, recruiting, and operations. He’s worked in all phases of business, from solution/product development, design, and implementation to production, launch/rollout, and training for such clients as Phillips, Bank One, Disney, First Data, Union Pacific, TXU Energy, Wells Fargo, and Nickelodeon. Doug has been instrumental in expanding all facets of Orenda’s operations to facilitate, prepare, and keep ahead of the growth being generated by its distributors in the USA and the EU. He brings our team and distributors a passionate belief, diligence, and commitment to Orenda’s mission, vision, and values along with a love for this industry - where any person with innovation, hard work, and diligence can be rewarded with success. Doug is also active both at his alma mater, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and in the Phoenix area, serving on the board of several local charitable organizations.

Michael M. Hall
Vice President
Michael Hall graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. Though he was working in the international apparel and design industry, Michael joined Orenda part-time in March of 2002 as a trustworthy handler of company finances. When growth necessitated, Michael left the apparel business and became full time with Orenda. Michael wears many hats including partner compliance, product/tool development, audio/visual, and company finance tax and accounting. Growing up from early childhood in the network marketing industry, with George Hall as his father, Michael has an innate ability and sensitivity to what it takes to make a company such as Orenda an overwhelming success. He studies the industry with great diligence and is dedicated to ensuring that Orenda takes its place as one of the Greats in network marketing history.
